2022 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit

Welcome Collin to the group! Collin is a first year Materials student coming to us from Penn State.

Congratulations to Hadass for getting a 6 month internship at PsiQuantum, a photonic quantum computing startup in the Bay Area. We'll miss you!

On a recent trip to SLAC for synchotron ARPES, the group caught up with Mihir--a recent alumnus currently a PostDoc at Stanford.

Shinichi joins us fresh out of his PhD in Applied Physics at University of Tokyo. His PhD work was on topological materials, especially focusing on non-trivial bulk/surface magneto-transport phenomena. In the group he is planning to work on MBE and spectroscopy/transport of topologically non-trivial Heusler compounds.

Tony's postdoc is complete! His next step is Staff Scientist at NIST in Colorado.

Tobias has finished his thesis and is now at Intel in Oregon. Way to go!

Lab intern Mayer Feldman graduates from the College of Creative Studies in Physics and heads off to Harvard for his PhD. Way to go Mayer!
