Bio

Casey earned his B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering at Cornell University, where he studied the MBE synthesis and characterization of high-temperature superconducting cuprates and low-temperature transport phenomena of strontium ruthenates, Sr2RuO4. He joined Palmstrøm group in the Summer of 2024 to pursue his PhD in Materials. He currently studies low-temperature MBE growth and fabrication of superconducting qubits. In his spare time, Casey enjoys working out at the gym.
